The award was given by the Arizona Country Music Association. It is wooden with metal engraved plate and in the shape of Arizona. The award was made by Alpha Creations in Apache Junction, AZ. It was presented to Montana in 1993.
Patsy Montana was born Ruby Rose Blevins on October 30, 1908 in Beaudry, Arkansas and grew up near Hope, Arkansas. She was a singer and musician. She performed on various national radio shows including the popular, National Barn Dance”. She also appeared in several movies. Montana died May 3, 1996.
