    DescriptionA plaque given to Patsy Montana by the Arizona Country Music Hall of Fame.

    The plaque is shaped like the state of Arizona and wooden with a metal plate engraved with text that reads "Arizona Country Hall of Fame Inducts Patsy Montana." It is dated May 14, 1994. The metal plate includes images of two guitars, cacti, and a buried wagon wheel. The plaque was made by Alpha Creations in Apache Junction, AZ.

    Patsy Montana was born Ruby Rose Blevins on October 30, 1908 in Beaudry, Arkansas and grew up near Hope, Arkansas. She was a singer and musician. She performed on various national radio shows including the popular, National Barn Dance”. She also appeared in several movies. Montana died May 3, 1996.
