    DescriptionA wooden plaque presented to Patsy Montana titled "Hall of Fame" award.

    It was presented November 18, 1989 for recognition of contributions to Western music by the Western Music Association. The text is engraved on a metal plate attached to the front of the wooden base.

    Patsy Montana was born Ruby Rose Blevins on October 30, 1908 in Beaudry, Arkansas and grew up near Hope, Arkansas. She was a singer and musician. She performed on various national radio shows including the popular, National Barn Dance”. She also appeared in several movies. Montana died May 3, 1996.
