This miniature handmade quilt was made using the Roman Stripe design. Its binding is rust colored with a separate ecru/cream colored piece for the back. The miniature quilt also has a strip border made with a burgundy fabric. Inside is a square border with four strips in rust, and four squares in a lighter rust/orange. The inside motif contains equally wide/long strips alternating in red, a light rust, and a dark rust colored fabric. The miniature quilt has been quilted with black thread in an outline/ in the ditch method.
