    DescriptionThe pair of shoes worn by Barbara Pryor at the Inaugural Ball celebrating David Pryor as the thirty-ninth Governor of Arkansas on January 14, 1975. The emerald green shoes are made of wood, crepe, and metal and feature the open-toe pump style. The shoes have three raised tuckets decorating the top of the sandal.
