    DescriptionPamphlet titled "The Record of Achievement of Governor Carl E. Bailey" The pamphlet lists many of the achievements of the Governor, which include reduced state debt, cost of state gov. lowest in America, state credit restored, fire insurance rates reduced, greatest financial support for healthcare, reorganized welfare department, state parks improved, 7,000,000 rural electrification process, etc. This was part of the re-election campaign in 1940. On the cover is an black and white image of Bailey with the slogan "Keep Your State Government in Arkansas". On the back cover are more achievements and also reads "Let's Re-elect Governor Carl E. Bailey and Continue Arkansas' Progress" Black text with buff background
