    DescriptionLetter from the Governor Carl E. Bailey Re-election Campaign. The letter is typed and addressed to "My Fellow Citizens of Pulaski County". In the letter, the Governor thanks the voters for their support in the last election (1938) and asks for their continued support in the upcoming election. Along the left margin is a short list of the record of achievement of Gov. Bailey. On the top is an image of the Governor and at the bottom of the page is the slogan "Keep Your State Government in Arkansas". The letter is signed by Governor Bailey and is dated August 8, 1940.
