    DescriptionRailroad pass allowing Major Joy to travel free from Little Rock to Devall's Bluff and return. Printed on a scrap of white, blue-line paper in black ink. "River and Rail Road Transportation Office," is printed in an old-english font along the top of the pass. Filed out and signed in black ink by "J.H. Pratt" for both "Major Joy" and "Judge Adr..." (illegible). The reverse side is blank.
