    DescriptionDocument is mostly printed in black ink. Information has been filed in using a black pen. The top of the document reads "The president of the United States of America." Under the heading is an image of an eagle, with a wing span of 7.5 inches, clutching arrows and a peach branch. The bottom of the document holds the image of four crossed flags and various instruments of war. This image measures about 12 inches in width. Red ink also appears on documents in form of handwritting. Concerns Joy's appointment to Judge advocate. Lincoln's name appears as signature at bottom of the page.
