DescriptionLetter to Mrs. Frederick Van Joy from Henry Archacki, Chariman of American Polish Civil War Centennial Committee. He thanks her for allowing them to make copies of the photo, diary, and book. Typed in blue ink on white paper. Letterhead and logo at the top of page. Logo consists of Union and Confederate soldiers shaking hands, standing in the middle of a diamond shaped background. Letterhead reads "American Polish Civil War Centennial Committee, 21 East 17th Street, New York 3, New York, Algonquin 5-2040" Along the left border is a list of names and titles of the executive committee.
