    DescriptionMabel Parnell's long looped necklace she wore during the Inaugural Ball celebrating Harvey Parnell as the twenty-ninth Governor of Arkansas in March of 1928. The necklace is comprised of a string of clear rhinestones.

    As twenty-ninth First Lady of Arkansas Mabel Parnell, sat of the Board of the Florence Crittenden Home and Arkansas Tuberculosis Association. Mabel was born in 1885 in Desha County, Arkansas. She died on June 7, 1964.
