    DescriptionSusan wore Adrianna Paprell dress pumps with pointed toes and overlapping T-straps. The shoes are enclosed with an adjustable buckle and a sling back strip. The heels measure 3.25” and are made of kid suede. She wore these to her husband's, Asa Hutchinson, Inaugural Ball as the 46th Governor of Arkansas on January 13, 2015.
