    DescriptionSusan Hutchinson's inaugural ball jacket. She wore it to her husband's, Asa Hutchinson, Inaugural Ball as the 46th Governor of Arkansas on January 13, 2015. Susan wore a short jacket of black silk velvet with a black fox applied to one shoulder sleeve. It was designed by Helen Benton of Heber Springs, Arkansas.
