Cash on February 26, 1932, in Kingsland, Arkansas, and raised in Dyess, Arkansas. Nicknamed “The Man in Black," Cash was a singer/songwriter, actor, and author (writing two autobiographies). He acted in both movies and television (including his own variety show, "The Johnny Cash Show"). Cash died September 12, 2003.
