DescriptionG.A.R., Dept. of Arkansas badge. Red, white and blue ribbon attached to a metal pin. A circular medallion hangs from the ribbon. On the ribbon in gold lettering: "18th Annual Encampment/Dept. of Ark./Little Rock/March 27, 1900". The medallion is celluloid with a metal border. An image of a G.A.R. badge in the center and "Grand Army of the Republic" in black lettering. The Arkansas State Seal is on the back of the medallion.
