    Description1928 U.C.V. Virginia Division Reunion Badge. A gold shield shaped medallion hangs from a gold bar-shaped pin. On the bar in blue lettering: "Virginia Div." The hanging shield shows two flags superimposed over an image of the Arkansas State Capitol building. Beneath the images: "The Wonder State/Little Rock/May 8-11,1928/S.C.V."
