    Description1928 S.C.V. reunion badge with ribbon. Red and white ribbon, which should be attached to the badge but is now unattached. Metal shield-shaped medallion hanging from metal badge. Badge has an image of two bridges over a river. The medallion has two color flags superimposed over an image of the state capitol. Beneath the images: "The Wonder State/ Little Rock/ May 8-11, 1928/S.C.V."
