DescriptionSons of Confederate Veterans (S.C.V). Reunion Ribbon/Medallion. Red and white ribbon hanging from metal bar. Medallion hangs over the ribbon. On the metal bar is a scene of two bridges over a river. Written in gold on the ribbon: "Robert C. Newton Camp No. 197 S.C.V. Little Rock, Ark. May 8-11, 1928". Medallion is in the shape of a shield. An image of the capital with two flanking flags is imposed on an image of the state of Arkansas. Lettering: "The Wonder State Little Rock, May 8-11, 1928 S.C.V."A white tag on the back of the ribbon: "Official Souvenir Badge United Confederate Veterans' Re-Union Little Rock, Ark. May 8-9-10-11, 1928 Geo. R. Wyman Little Rock, Ark. Chairman Badge Comm. Manufactured by Green Duck Company Chicago, ILL. Branches in all Principal Cities"
