    DescriptionConfederate manufactured Cavalry Sword. Sword has brass guard and leather wrapped, wire (cooper) bound handle. Steel scabbard with brass and steel mount. Used by Gov. Bill Clinton in the ceremony on Jan. 3, 1985 when the U.S. P.O 1st issued the Arkansas Sesqui-centennial stamp with the Old State House Museum's picture on it. In Little Rock, at Pulaski Co. courthouse.

    "D" style buckle on belt, 10 holes for fitting. Belt has 10" extensions sewed on; not original to manufacture as leather is finished differently; sword attachment loop is broken and missing.
