    DescriptionBanner is made of silk. It has a drawing of Uncle Sam trading a bag of money to Lady France for a map of the Louisiana Purchase. Underneath them is a picture of the Titanic broken in half and underneath the Titanic is an eagle holding the flags of America and France. On the sides are pictures of Jefferson and Napoleon with the states included in the purchase listed on ribbons that snake up and down the sides. At the top it reads, "Vive La Republique," with "1803" on one side "1903."
