Small profiles of Napoleon and Jefferson are below and to the side of both Uncle Sam and Mother France. The American Eagle is located at the bottom of the medallion. "Historic Souvenir" encircle the figures within the medallion. On the backside of the coin are words "Louisiana Purchase Exposition, St. Louis 1904" inscribed in the center of the coin.
