DescriptionPlate is made of clear glass that is in a woven pattern to form the outside of the plate. It has flowers throughout, some clear and some painted green. The inside is clear glass with a raised relief in gold under the glass. The relief is of the Festival Hall and Cascade Gardens. Across the top reads, "World's Fair/ St. Louis. 1904." in white letters on white-painted glass. Across the bottom it reads, "Festival Hall & Cascade Gardens" in gold.
