Description1904 World's Fair plate. The outer part is painted green with gold on the rim. The center is cream colored with a green seal. Within the seal reads, “St. Louis/ 1904." On the back of the plate is a seal that read, "Manufactured by/ The Ohio China Co. / East Palestine, U.S.A."
