    Description1860 model Colt .44 Revolver, (conversion 1871 to use cartridges.) Serial number is 199148. The gun is constructed of steel with brass and walnut wood grip. Eight inch rounded barrel with brass trigger guard. Stamped on the trigger guard - "C" and ".44 Cal." Engraved design on barrel, since worn and difficult to discern.
    Rust colored case of synthetic material with brown vinyl piping and blue synthetic lining.
