DescriptionStar of LeMoyne pattern quilt. Made of pieces of multicolored dress fabrics from 1920-1930's. Separate binding and hand-stitched. 99 blocks with each block measuring 6 1/2" x 6 1/2 ". It is tacked every 2 1/2" - 3 1/2" with pink, orange and red thread. There is 7" between star points. Backing is made of several pieces of muslin.Made by Frances Smith Wilson.
