DescriptionOne piece of blue lined paper folded to make four pages. Land deed grants D.R. Coulter a tract of land sold to him by Benjamin P. Robinson and his wife. Grant was written and signed by the Robinsons on Sept. 18, 1855. On the following page, the transaction was certified by John D. Sims III. It is confirmed that the deed was placed on record by the clerk of Union County? on Dec 20, 1858. The deed is labled on the front "Ben and Nancy Robinson deed to D.R. Coulter."
