    DescriptionA. Deed to Edmund Joy from Charles McCreanon for land purchased in Prairie County for $800. Deed is handwritten in brown ink and signed in Feb. 1865. Certain portions of the deed have been underlined in red marker. Transaction is witnessed by James A. Brittain and John Mockett.

    B. Record of the aforementioned transaction by the Clerk of the Circuit Court and Recorder from Prairie County. Document is signed and dated July 3, 1866. Has been certified with the seal of Prairie County Circuit Court embossed in the left corner.
