The transaction is certified on the following page by a witness J. B_______, J.P. and W.E. Morgan, Clerk of Union County. The Union County seal is placed beside Morgan's signture. Attachedis a Certificate of Record for the Sevier County, AR. The Clerk of the Circuit Court, ____________, certifies that the record was placed on record on December 27th, 1862. The attachment is signed and sealed by the Sevier Co. Clerk.
