DescriptionDeed of Release dated 27 Feb. 1901 between the People's Building and Loan Assoc. of Little Rock and Ferdinand Kramer and Concordia Kramer of Hot Springs, on 24 Dec. 1894. The Kramers took out a mortgage for $500.00. This sum is on record in Clerk of the Circuit Court's office in mortgage book 16(?) pp. 499,500,501,502,503. Mortgage paid off 27 Feb. 1901. Signed by Pres. of PBLA James Mitchell and attested to by Sec. Frank Taylor. Also an acknowledgement Co. of Pulaski by George Clark, Notary as witness to the two signatures. With seal.

Reverse: signatures of the Kraemer's are smeared. given are time and date it was filed for record (11 March 1901, !:45 PM). Also a certificate of record attatched by George H. Lower, Clerk of the circuit Court and ex-officio recorder for Garland County testifying that the deed was filed in his office.
