DescriptionBrass alarm bell tied around a horse to detect movement. The bell is cast from a simple classical mold with slight beveling around the rim. The bell is badly damaged with more than 1/3 of its circumference missing with jagged edges. At the top of the bell there is a loop of hand-made, rusted metal. *A previous catalog entry stated that the bell was struck by a bullet, thus resulting in it's fracture.
