"The Marquis Who's Who Publication's Board" appears in black letters at the top center. The seal appears in the bottom center, in silver and red with an open book with date 1898.

    Patsy Montana was born Ruby Rose Blevins on October 30, 1908 in Beaudry, Arkansas and grew up near Hope, Arkansas. She was a singer and musician. She performed on various national radio shows including the popular, National Barn Dance”. She also appeared in several movies. Montana died May 3, 1996.
