The cover of the booklet says: "Information/If you don't know phone 5606". On the back of the booklet is a listing of registration or check-in locations by state for veterans. Veterans registered for the reunion based on the state in which they served during the Civil War. Many of the listed registration areas were actually rooms in the Old State House.
