Sign folds down in half, each side is identical.Winthrop Paul "Win Paul" Rockefeller is the son of Governor Winthrop Rockefeller and Barbara Sears Rockefeller. He was born on September 17, 1948 and served as seventeenth Lieutenant Governor of Arkansas under Governor Mike Huckabee from November of 1996 until his death on July 16, 2006.
