    DescriptionThe program is from the July 19, 2006 Memorial Service for Lieutenant Governor Winthrop P. Rockefeller, held at the House Chamber of the State Capitol Building. Rockefeller was in the process of running for Governor of Arkansas when he found out he had cancer.

    Winthrop Paul "Win Paul" Rockefeller is the son of Governor Winthrop Rockefeller and Barbara Sears Rockefeller. He was born on September 17, 1948 and served as seventeenth Lieutenant Governor of Arkansas under Governor Mike Huckabee from November of 1996 until his death on July 16, 2006.
