    DescriptionA plaque for the 1976 Best Country Song nomination titled "Every Time You Touch Me (I Get High)" by Billy Sherrill and Arkansas native Charlie Rich.

    The award was given by The National Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences. It is wooden and consists of a black background with an off-white and gold matting and all black text. The plaque also features a gold phonograph in the center and is signed by Jay L. Cooper, National President.
