DescriptionAward plaque presented to Bob Hope by the University of Arkansas Programs Council, Homecoming 1979. The wooden plaque is cut in the shape of the state of Arkansas, with a brass plate screwed onto the front, also cut into the shape of Arkansas. The engraved text on the surface of the plate reads: "Presented to Bob Hope, 'Thanks for the memories,' University of Arkansas, Homecoming 1979." Below the text is a logo of the Old Main clock tower. Below the logo is another inscription reading: "U of A Programs Council."
