    DescriptionA wrist bag used by Louvenia Donaghey during the Inaugural Ball celebrating George Washington Donaghey as the twenty-second Governor of Arkansas in January 1909. The bag features iridescent black beaded mesh with looped beaded fringe.

    Louvenia Wallace Donaghey was the twenty-second First Lady of Arkansas from 1909 to 1913. She was born on October 18, 1862 and died on July 28, 1947.
