    DescriptionSheet music is for "It's A Long, Long Way To Tippernary." Written and composed by Jack Judge, and Henry James "Harry" Williams. Published by Chappell & Company of New York City, in 1912. "The Song they Sing as they March Along," is written above the title. It was allegedly written for a 5-shilling bet in Stalybridge on 30th of January 1912 and performed the next night at the local music hall. It became popular among soldiers in the First World War and is remembered as a song of that war. The cover is in color and simple bold lettering with a soldier Tommy Atkins marching on the side.
