Below the scene is a blue line with "Community and War Chest" printed in bold, capital white text and to the right of the text is a symbol. The symbol is depicts a peace sign or a "V" with the index and middle fingers with a "2" on the left and "in '42" on the right in blue text inside a white circle. Three white stars are located to the top left of the symbol.
