DescriptionA political campaign booklet for Dale Alford. This political campaign booklet was printed in 1962 in Little Rock to support Dale Alford's gubernatorial campaign. The booklet is a series of comic strips outlining Alford's life growing up in Arkansas, all of the positive things he had done for Arkansas, and what he planned to do as Governor. The front cover shows Alford's slogan, "Let's Keep Alford in Action in Arkansas". The back cover states "For a positive program of progress, Vote for Dale Alford."

Thomas Dale Alford was born on January 28, 1916 near Murfreesboro, Arkansas. Alford won a seat in the U.S. House of Representatives in 1958 and was reelected in 1960.
