Medallion is in the shape of the state of Arkansas. On the medallion: Arkansas State Capitol, Arkansas State Seal, Rebel Flag, and: "U.C.V./38th Reunion/May 8-11,1928/The Wonder State". Manufactured by the Greenduck Co. of Chicago.
