DescriptionU.C.V. badge for the Personal Aide to Commander in Cheif. Worn at the 1928 Civil War reunion in Little Rock, Arkansas. Owned by Felix Best, who was the personal aide of Gen. J.C. Foster, the Commander in Chief of the U.C.V. during that reunion.

Red and white ribbon attached to a gold pin. Pin has an image of two bridges. Two bars and a medallion hang from the pin and lay over the ribbon. On the first bar is blue lettering: "Personal Aide to Comm.-in-Cheif". On the second bar in blue lettering: "Felix Best". The medallion has an image of the rebel flag, the Arkansas State Capitol, the Arkansas State Seal and: "U.C.V./38th Reunion/May 8-11, 1928/The Wonder State".
