DescriptionS.C.V. Division Commander's badge from the 1928 Civil War reunion in Little Rock, Arkansas. Sons of Confederate Veterans, Maryland. Red and white ribbon attached to a gold pin. Pin has an image of two bridges. Two bars and a medallion hang from the pin and lay over the ribbon. On the first bar is blue lettering: "Div. Comm.". On the second bar in blue lettering: "Maryland". The medallion has an image of two crossed flags over a capitol building with: "The Wonder State/Little Rock/May 8-11, 1928/S.C.V."
