    DescriptionBlue silk runner with white thread hem, measuring 4' long by 18" wide belonging to Anne Brough, twenty-fifth First Lady of Arkansas, 1917-1921.

    During World War I, Anne served as an active Chairman for the Woman’s Auxiliary of State Council of Defense, the Red Cross's supply- making sessions and Liberty and Victory Loans. Anne also made appearances at Suffragette Rallies in support of the right for woman to vote in the United States.
