    DescriptionTwo small wooden-based pin cushions. The tops are covered in stretched cloth stuffed with wood shavings. Both are used to hold extra pins for sewing and embroidery.


    Anne Brough was the twenty-fifth First Lady of Arkansas, 1917-1921. During World War I, Anne served as an active Chairman for the Woman’s Auxiliary of State Council of Defense, the Red Cross's supply- making sessions and Liberty and Victory Loans. Anne also made appearances at Suffragette Rallies in support of the right for woman to vote in the United States.
