    DescriptionFive identical ADSEC ("The Advance Section, Commmunications Zone" European Theatre of Operations, United States Army) oval military patches, each with a red, yellow, blue, and white design. The image depicts a blue star inset a white cloud, inset a red and yellow downward pointed lighting bolt. At the bottom point of the design is a broken yellow chain.

    George Edward Fisher was born on April 8, 1923 near Searcy, Arkansas. Fisher was a political cartoonist whose work influenced and helped define Arkansas politics for a generation. In 1943, he was called to active duty with the Army Reserves. Fisher passed away on December 15, 2003 of a heart attack at his drawing board in his Little Rock home.
