    DescriptionTintype photograph of Union Lt. Henry Strassinger. Strassinger served in Co. B of the 43rd Illinois Infantry. He was from Fayetteville, Ilinois. He joined the service at the age of 30 in Mascoutah, Ilinois and mustered into service at Otterville, MO. He lists himself as German, married and a farmer.
