    DescriptionCarte de visite of Robert Clark Berry, 1st Lt., Company G, 77th Ohio Volunteer Infantry. Berry transferred to the 77th O.V.I. from the 15th O.V.I. sometime in April, 1862 after the Battle of Shiloh, TN.

    Rectangular piece of light brown card stock paper with a smaller rectangular image adhered to the front. The front image is an oval portrait of a man in a Union military dress. Photograph taken at Brown's Gallery in Little Rock, Arkansas. Written on the back: "Yours truly R.C. Berry 77, O.V.I. Williamstown, Virginia"
