The pledge is not filled out and states that the candidates for nomination for various positions before the Democratic Primary signs the pledge stating," That I am familiar with the requirements of Act 308 of the General Assembly of this State passed at the 1913 session, which is known as 'The Corrupt Practice Act,' and that I will in good faith, comply with its terms."
