    Description1888 Map of the city of Little Rock. Copyrighted by R.T. Higgins. The map is on off white paper with black and red lettering/drawings. The map shows streetcar and railroad lines as well as a map of the entire state in the lower right hand corner. The map boasts LR as the most healthful city in the world and claims that it cannot be matched in transportation, cheap power, or "nearness of raw material".
